We visited a local park that had a small Christmas celebration. The girls had their faces painted like elves and made some crafts. Santa rode in to the park on a firetruck! Maddie was so confused to why he would ride a firetruck when he had reindeer and a sled.
So the first thing out of her mouth was- Why did you ride a firetruck Santa? Where are your reindeer?
Yes, that is Maddie sitting and smiling on Santa's lap! Abbie on the otherhand wouldn't go near him. What a change from last year...
That next morning, we started decorating our tree.
