We enjoyed the pumpkin festival last weekend. The weather was beautiful just a little hot especially if you were in the sun. We always visit the pumpkin patch first to get some family pictures. Maddie found a big pumpkin stem which she carried around with her most of the day.
After our pumpkin patch photo shoot, we enjoyed a hayride. From the hayride we could see a pumpkin/watermelon cannon, a huge remote control plane, and of course lots of fields growing vegetables.
There was alot to see as we walked around the craft area trying to stay cool in the shade.
Madelynn enjoyed her first hay maze. Maybe next year we'll brave the longer corn maze.
There were many different John Deere tractors like Maddie's Papa's tractor.

Madelynn attempted to ride a pony, but it was just a little too much for her. So we just took a photo with the friendly scarecrow, instead. We'll try the pony ride again next year.
