We were able to see lots of animals. Our first stop was the petting zoo. Maddie didn't pet any of the animals but she enjoyed watching them.
Our favorite stop was to feed the giraffes. We were up on a platform and the giraffes came right up to you so that you could feed them crackers. Madelynn and Allison were a little creeped out by them especially when they stuck their tongue out.
Maddie's favorite part of the zoo was the water fountains! She spent about 30 minutes running in and out of the water. She was the only one of us that was able to cool off at the end of the day. We tried to cool Allison off but she was afraid of the water.
