This is Madelynn's 1st 4th of July. We stayed away from the fireworks this year.
Aunt Amy loves Madelynn. She can't wait to have one of her own.
Grandpa and Grandma Bates were also celebrating their wedding anniversary on the 4th.
Patrick was sweating his buns off while grilling ribs and chicken for our dinner.

Looks like you all had a great time. Madelynn looks beautiful! She will be so big when I see her and probably speaking a word or two. well, hopefully. I love you all and after this deployment there will be no more missing out on the cool 4th of July's, etc...
